Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience Required: 1–2 years
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Media, or related field preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative HR & Social Media Associate who can support daily HR operations while also managing and enhancing the company’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

This dual-role is ideal for someone who is organized, energetic, and interested in both HR processes and content management.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, coordination).
  • Maintain HR files, records, and official documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate attendance, leaves, and other HR operations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Draft HR-related emails, letters, and announcements.
  • Provide general support in routine HR and admin tasks.

Social Media Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other pages.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish weekly content according to the social media calendar.
  • Capture and upload photos and videos from office activities and events.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, reels).
  • Monitor performance insights and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain branding consistency across all platforms.
  • Assist in boosting posts and basic social media campaigns when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Social Media Management, or a combined role.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and basic recruitment.
  • Ability to manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages professionally.
  • Creative mindset with basic content planning skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
