Job Title: HR & Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee performance, leadership capabilities, and workplace effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources along with hands-on corporate training experience, and certifications such as CHRP/CHRM.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on soft skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, etc.)
- Conduct HR-related training sessions including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data
- Customize training materials to align with organizational goals and workforce needs
Facilitation & Delivery
- Deliver workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Use interactive training methods including role plays, case studies, and group discussions
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
HR Expertise Integration
- Support HR initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, and employee relations
- Align training programs with HR policies and organizational strategy
- Provide guidance on best HR practices and workplace behavior
Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Prepare training reports and recommend improvements
- Track employee progress and learning outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CHRP or CHRM preferred
- Proven experience in corporate training and HR roles
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training styles
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
