The HR Software Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR technology solutions (HRMS/HCM). The role works closely with clients or internal stakeholders to analyze HR processes, gather business requirements, map them with system capabilities, and ensure smooth deployment and adoption of the HR software. The consultant acts as the bridge between HR operations and the technical development team.

Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

  • Engage with HR stakeholders to understand business processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, performance, and training.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, document business needs, and propose system-based solutions.
  • Translate HR policies and workflows into system configurations and functional specifications.

2. HR Software Implementation

  • Configure HR modules (Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Performance, Recruitment, etc.) based on approved requirements.
  • Support data migration processes, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and import.
  • Perform end-to-end testing (UAT), scenario creation, and resolution of functional issues.

3. Project Coordination

  • Prepare implementation plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with technical developers, QA, and third-party system vendors.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

4. Training & Documentation

  • Create user manuals, training guides, and process documentation.
  • Conduct user training sessions and onboarding workshops for HR teams.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist with change management.

5. Functional Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Handle functional queries, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process automation or optimization.
  • Stay updated with HR software updates, new features, and best practices.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in HRMS/HCM implementation or HR operations (depending on seniority level).
  • Experience with any HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Zoho People, Workday, BambooHR, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
