HR Solutions Analyst (Oracle EBS R12)

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Solutions Analyst to join our ITS team at PROZTEC!

If you have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to system enhancements, support HR operations, and work closely with end users to ensure smooth ERP functionality.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS
✔ Completed at least 3 full implementation cycles of Oracle EBS 12.2
✔ Solid expertise in HR, Payroll & Self-Service modules
✔ Ability to troubleshoot issues, document requirements, and support day-to-day operations
✔ Technical background with SQL knowledge (a plus)
✔ Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and configurations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance PROZTEC ERP (Oracle EBS R12)
• Work closely with end users to resolve issues and implement new features
• Document requirements, participate in design, testing & implementation
• Coordinate with Oracle for support and bug resolution
• Provide training and create user documentation
