HR Specialist (1 for Abu Dhabi office and 1 for Al Ain office)

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, performance management, and HR reporting. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and procedures while supporting employees and management in day-to-day HR operations in line with labor laws and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files (digital and physical).
  • Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, offer letters, confirmations, warnings, and termination letters.
  • Ensure accurate processing of onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets in coordination with payroll.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including induction sessions, document collection, system access, and orientation.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure recruitment timelines and staffing requirements are met.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Support grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in line with HR policies.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and updates.
  • Assist in internal audits, inspections, and HR compliance reviews.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for accurate payroll processing.
  • Support benefits administration including health insurance, leave entitlements, EOSB, and other employee benefits.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations and HR-related financial data as required.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
  • Maintain training records and employee development plans.
  • HR Reporting & Support
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave, recruitment status).
  • Support management with HR data, analysis, and documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in an HR role (experience in UAE/GCC preferred).

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and confidentiality.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
