- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process such as creating job postings.
- Review resumes, interview candidates, and complete background and reference checks.
- Help a firm discover and keep skilled, motivated workers. They even offer advice and support to employees throughout their employment.
- Manage employee files, assure compliance with applicable employment regulations, and contribute to a productive workplace.
- Act as a bridge between employees and employers, ensuring that the employer follows all labor laws and regulations and also provides a safe and healthy work environment for their employees.
- Deal with internal grievances and conflicts within the workforce as well as external labor matters like union negotiations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for responding to employee inquiries, providing counseling, and helping to create a productive and harmonious work environment.
- Create procedures for dealing with areas such as equal opportunity employment, wage & salary administration, and employee benefits.
