A leading multinational company is seeking a highly qualified professional for a HR role in Istambul, Turkey.


We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to join our team at Istambul. The ideal candidate will have experience in blue-collar recruitment and onboarding, strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, and the ability to manage essential HR processes in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for operational staff.
  • Coordinate personnel documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle payroll inputs, absenteeism, leave tracking, and related administrative tasks.
  • Support employee relations and act as a liaison between staff and management.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and HRIS updates.
  • Collaborate with external service providers as needed (e.g., health and safety, training).
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures on site.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in operational environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish labor legislation and social security regulations.
  • Experience with blue-collar recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently on site.
  • Intermediate English.
