About Fixail

Fixail is a fast-growing home services company. Through our mobile app, customers can book trusted professionals for electrical, plumbing, cleaning, carpentry, and appliance repairs (AC, fridge, washing machine and more).
We are an authorised service partner for LG, IFB, Voltas, Reliance ResQ, and Samsung.
Our IT team also builds in-house products like the Fixail Home Services app, Fixail Spares, and the Fixail Partner app.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR Specialist to handle recruitment, payroll, ESI & PF, and day-to-day HR operations for both our field technicians and IT staff.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard technicians, support staff, and IT team members.
• Process monthly payroll and manage ESI & PF contributions and filings.
• Keep accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws.
• Support performance reviews and arrange training for staff and service partners.
• Address employee questions and help create a positive work environment.
• Update HR policies and suggest ways to improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of HR experience (recruitment, payroll, or HR operations).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of ESI, PF, and basic labor laws.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using HR software and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
