HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Support employee relations initiatives and address inquiries or concerns from staff.
• Maintain employee records and HR files in compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in HR projects and corporate initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR or a relevant administrative role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
