Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and oversee core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, HR documentation, employee relations, and operational HR tasks. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to support smooth HR functions across the company.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Use various job boards, social media, and sourcing tools to attract high-quality talent.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and share job offers, employment contracts, and pre-joining requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking sheets.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare onboarding plans, documentation, and employee files.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and tracking sheets.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and internal communication documents.
  • Assist in payroll data compilation (attendance, leaves, overtime, etc.) when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

4. Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Support in managing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

5. Performance & Compliance Support

  • Assist department heads in monitoring performance and probation evaluations.
  • Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.

6. Reporting & HR Analytics

  • Prepare periodic HR reports, including recruitment status, employee turnover, attendance, and headcount reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices, HR documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/HRIS.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
