Key Job Responsibilities:
1) HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
-
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, probation follow-ups, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.

Prepare, issue, renew, and maintain employee contracts, letters, and HR documentation in line with company policy and Saudi labor requirements.
2) HR Compliance & Labor Law Awareness (HR-Focused)

Ensure HR practices comply with
Saudi Labor Law
, HRSD regulations, and related HR directives (not acting as a legal officer, but ensuring HR alignment).

Monitor and communicate updates in labor regulations, Saudization requirements, GOSI, wage protection rules, and HR-related government circulars.

Maintain compliance calendars and checklists for renewals, documentation, and regulatory deadlines.

Support internal HR audits and prepare basic compliance reports for management.
3) Government Platforms & HR Digital Systems
Handle and ensure proper HR usage, tracking, and compliance on platforms including but not limited to:

Qiwa
: contracts, employee transfers, work relationship management, compliance status.

Muqeem / Absher Business
: resident employee services and renewals coordination.
-
Mudad
: Wage Protection System (WPS) uploads and follow-up.
-
HRSD portals
: Saudization monitoring, policy updates, and reporting.

HRDF / TAMHEER / related programs
: registrations, eligibility checks, claims follow-up, and training support.

Support other HR or training platforms mandated by government or company.

Ensure all platform data matches internal HR records and resolve discrepancies proactively.
4) Saudization, Training & Internship Programs

Support Saudization targets through coordinated hiring, reporting, and follow-ups.

Track and administer government training incentives and employment support programs for Saudi nationals.
Coordinate HRDF initiatives such as:

Internship / Tamheer
program onboarding and tracking.

Government-supported training pathways.
-
Liaise with departments to identify Saudi talent needs and internship opportunities.
5) Employee Relations & Workplace Support

Act as the first HR point of contact for employee queries related to policy, benefits, attendance, leaves, and workplace concerns.

Support employee relations cases, ensuring fair process aligned with company policy and Saudi HR regulations.
6) HR Reporting & Documentation

Generate reports: Saudization status, training participation, WPS/Qiwa/HRDF status.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in relevant field.

2–3 years of HR experience
in Saudi Arabia (preferably in a multi-department organization)

Up-to-date awareness of Saudi labor law changes affecting HR compliance.
-
Saudi National only
(per role requirement).
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
Saudi HR regulations
and practical application within HR operations.

Solid hands-on experience with
Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, HRSD, HRDF
and related portals.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
-
Bilingual (Arabic & English)
preferred.
