HR Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Specialist to join our team immediately and help us build a thriving workplace culture that supports creativity, innovation, and excellence.

The HR Specialist will handle the full range of HR operations for our Riyadh office, with a focus on ensuring smooth processes and compliance with Saudi labor law. This role is hands-on and best suited for someone with strong experience using Manasaat (Governmental Platform ) and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations including onboarding, employee data, contracts, and documentation.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and social insurance in line with KSA labor law.
• Maintain and update HR records in Manasaat (Governmental Platform )and ensure compliance.
• Support recruitment and hiring activities when needed.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Previous experience in the event management or exhibitions industry is highly preferred.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience level From 1-2 years of experience in All HR functions.
• Events & conferences Industry Background is a MUST.
• Strong hands-on experience with Governmental Platforms.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to start immediately and work independently.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
