We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist / Generalist to join our growing team. The Ideal candidate will have UAE Experience, preferably from Real Estate, or Construction, or Developer industries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding & Induction
- Organize orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Introduce new hires to company policies and culture and give a presentation.
2. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Support the planning, development, and execution of HR initiatives, policies, and internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Update or develop HR policies and SOPs.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
- Track probation evaluations and confirmations.
4. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
5. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Prepare HR reports such as attendance, turnover, and performance metrics.
- Handle HR documentation (contracts, warnings, memos, confirmation letters).
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through surveys or manager discussions.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and assess effectiveness.
7. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan employee engagement programs, events, and celebrations.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans.
8. Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer letters and onboarding.
- Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in HR role in the UAE.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
