HR Specialist

CADC LLC is seeking qualified, highly motivated individuals to fill the role of HR Specialist. This position serves an important role with CADC to ensure all aspects of the company’s human resource management are being managed and functioning properly.

CADC specializes in direct voter contact on behalf of progressive candidates and causes. CADC’s leadership has decades of combined experience with campaigns of all shapes and sizes, from Presidential campaigns, the DSCC and DCCC, national issue advocacy campaigns, and municipal races.

The HR Specialist is responsible for processing employment verifications, responding to employee inquiries, reviewing and processing new hire electronic paperwork, processing E-verify cases, and processing background screens. The HR Specialist reports directly to the Manager of Human Resources.

HR Specialist Responsibilities

Employee Relations

● Processing employment verifications.

● Responding to employee inquiries.

Employee Onboarding

● Reviewing new hire electronic paperwork.

● Processing E-verify cases.

● Processing background screens.

*Other duties may be assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

● Campaign experience is a plus.

● HR experience is a plus.

Skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

● An understanding and appreciation of the urgent nature and time demands of campaigns and human resource management.

Miscellaneous

● Willingness to work long hours and weekends.

● A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and an ability to relocate as needed.

Compensation and Application Submission

● CADC offers a highly competitive salary, based on experience. This position is an hourly, full-time, short-term position. ● CADC LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
