We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including planning, job postings, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee payroll and ensure accurate salary and wage calculations.
- Lead employee performance evaluations and handle the training and development programs.
- Manage all HR and administrative-related functions within the company.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
