Overview
Seeking an HR Specialist who can analyze workforce data and support training and development programs. This role combines HR operational support with data-driven decision-making and employee learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze HR data (employee evaluations records) and prepare reports/dashboards.
Conduct training needs assessments and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Coordinate training, evaluate training effectiveness.
Maintain accurate employee data and support general HR activities as needed.
Following up with managers regarding newly joined employees, and assist them with the needed trainings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
10 years experience in HR analytics and training & development is preferred.
Strong skills in Excel and/data visualization tools.
