Overview

Seeking an HR Specialist who can analyze workforce data and support training and development programs. This role combines HR operational support with data-driven decision-making and employee learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data (employee evaluations records) and prepare reports/dashboards.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Coordinate training, evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and support general HR activities as needed.
  • Following up with managers regarding newly joined employees, and assist them with the needed trainings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 10 years experience in HR analytics and training & development is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Excel and/data visualization tools.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Arabic Speaking.
