About Us

We are a new visa consulting agency in Dubai. Our mission is to make visa services transparent and efficient for expats and locals. We are building our core team and looking for an HR Specialist who will combine recruitment, HR administration, and people management — and grow into Head of HR as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
  • Full-cycle hiring for marketing, sales, and visa consultants (priority roles).
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Manage both local hiring in Dubai and remote hiring
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment funnels.
  • HR Administration:
  • Draft and manage job offers, employment contracts, NDAs.
  • Keep records of staff (vacations, sick leaves, business trips).
  • Coordinate with PRO on work visas and residency permits.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Organize first-day onboarding (documents, access, introductions).
  • Conduct exit-interviews, manage termination process and documentation.
  • People & Culture:
  • Support motivation and retention of staff.
  • Act as first point of contact for employees (HR communication).
  • Build internal culture (corporate values, engagement).
  • HR Processes & Reporting:
  • Maintain HR database
  • Provide structured weekly reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience (generalist or recruiter).
  • Proven track record in hiring for commercial and service roles.
  • Experience in consulting/visa/education/finance industries is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR compliance.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken & written).
  • Confident with Google Sheets and HR reporting.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to handle both recruitment and HR admin functions independently.
