We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage and support a wide range of human resources functions, with a strong focus on HR services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, compliance, and delivering efficient HR support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Handle HR services such as visa processing, LMRA-related procedures, and regulatory compliance (Bahrain experience preferred)
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Assist in drafting HR letters, agreements, and official communications
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for HR-related matters
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations and HR services (preferably in Bahrain/GCC)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, LMRA processes, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

- Experience working in a multi-company or shared services environment
