HR Specialist (Organizational Dev. & Affiliates BP)

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Türkiye, the 3rd in Europe and the 4th in the world in its field.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “HR Specialist (Organizational Dev. & Affiliates BP)" in Global Human Resources Directorate. The position is based in “Altunizade, İstanbul.”

Job Roles Details

• Provide support and coordination for HR processes, including performance management, recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning in our international affiliates (Italy, the USA, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina).
• Ensure standardization of HR processes while aligning with global HR strategies and practices, as well as addressing local needs.
• Follow up and coordinate expatriate management processes.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, role and responsibility clarification, job analysis, as well as span-layer and efficiency projects on a global scale.
• Participate in HR processes, HR information systems, and HR analytics projects and initiatives, driving improvements and efficiencies across the organization.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and solid knowledge of HR SAP.
• Experience in global HR processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting capabilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
• Power BI knowledge is an asset.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR functions, including at least 3 years in Organizational Development (OD) processes.
• Experience in working within a global organization.
