ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Provide efficient and accurate employee services support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, UAE Labor Law, and internal procedures while delivering a high level of employee experience and operational excellence.
- Manage employee records, contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding processes, leave, attendance, and personnel files.
- Support payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and coordinate with internal stakeholders and government entities as required.
- Communicate HR policies and updates clearly and resolve employee-related issues efficiently.
- The role requires 2–4 years of UAE HR experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
