Shift:7PM to 4AM - Night Shift, Monday to Friday

About the Role
PsychPlus is hiring a Staff Recruiter focused on bulk hiring and operational recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing large hiring pipelines across healthcare, medical billing, customer support, or operational roles.

The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment while maintaining speed, candidate quality, and hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume hiring across multiple open positions
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal databases
• Screen candidates through calls and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leads
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
• Ensure fast turnaround time on open roles
• Handle offer coordination and onboarding follow-ups
• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
• Post and manage job advertisements across hiring platforms
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and applicant tracking tools

Preferred Experience

• Hiring experience for US healthcare, medical billing, customer support, or operations roles
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
