HR Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated (CMA/LPN) HR/Staffing Coordinator to join our Long Term Care team.

Your role will involve:

• Managing all aspects of staffing, from recruiting new hires to maintaining staff records.

• Develop staffing strategies, sourcing and hiring candidates, maintaining relationships with our pool of staff, and ensuring all staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently.

• Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, an understanding of HR procedures, and a knack for problem-solving.

• Ultimately, the role of the Staffing Coordinator is to ensure our company is staffed with qualified, competent individuals to help us achieve our business goals.

Additional Duties:

• Working the floor if and when we are short staffed

• Communicate with payroll regarding time and pay discrepancies

• Be on the on-call rotation

• Ensure employees are clocking in/out

  • As well as ensuring they've been put into ADP and have their badge number

• Run daily clock in reports to ensure schedule staff are in the building
