HR Supervisor

The Group Vintage has signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International, Inc. to convert the Vintage Grand Hotel to a dual-branded Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai Production City – a fast-growing business hub in the city. The property will be conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Al Maktoum Airport and Dubai International Airport, with excellent connections to every part of the city. This is set to be the largest Marriott Executive Apartments in UAE, which will bring exceptional, new F&B experiences to this location which is rapidly emerging as the heart of the New Dubai corridor, catering to both our guests and the surrounding vibrant communities.

The opening of Marriott Hotel Production City, Dubai is anticipated to mark the fifth hotel under the Marriott Hotel’s brand in Dubai. The hotel will exemplify the brand’s continued evolution and feature contemporary and intuitive spaces. Projected to open in Q4 2025, the 365 room hotel, will feature a number of dining outlets, the brand’s signature M Club lounge, a pool, fitness center and tennis court.

Marriott Executive Apartments continues to cater to the rapidly growing demand for extended stay accommodations in the UAE. Marriott Executive Apartments Production City, Dubai is anticipated to offer 420 apartments that provide home comforts for both business and leisure travelers.

The Role

Reporting the Human Resources based in Dubai, the Human Resources supervisor will be an integral member in the HR team with core focus on maximizing individual and organizational potential and running HR operations

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR services and operations including recruitment, C&B operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement and relations.
• Partner with line manager(s) to manage recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to offer management
• Oversee and guide HR & Admin Executive to deliver a pleasant and sufficient onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Lead and manage orientation program including recruitment, induction, engagement, and placement.
• Maintain good relationship with payroll, manage monthly reports and administration on a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and administer HR system including leave management and Visa operations
• Ensure accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR system in a consistent and confidential manner
• Assist Human Resources in HR projects such as C&B review, HR analytics, rewards & engagement initiatives
• A key member to help maintain the culture and synergy across the organization, responsible for employee engagement activities and social events
• Facilitate and coordinate offboarding management with respective line manager(s) and Office Admin Department to ensure a smooth exit is well executed
• Assist in vendor interactions and ad-hoc projects as required

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Qualification in Human Resources Management, or related discipline
• 5 years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, HR operations and holistic HR activities
• Well-rounded HR experience in the UAE region, well verse with local labor ordinance, policies, work visa process etc.
• Good stakeholder management and solid communications skills, able to manage expectations effectively with discretion, and convey information in an accurate manner
• A good team player who is passionate working with people, flexible and adaptive to change, detail-minded, highly organized, and numbers savvy
• Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyse situations, and provide suggestions
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PPT, office 365, SharePoint,
