HR Supervisor - Talent Management

For Al Fayyum Site - Logistica A DP World Company


Job Purpose: Supporting and supervising talent management activities including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and training coordination within the site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and etc..
  • Participate in preparing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Ensure talent management practices comply with company policies and labor regulations
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion within the site.
  • Guide managers and employees on performance management processes.
  • Track KPIs and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs within the site
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and employee learning outcomes.
  • Generate reports related to performance, turnover, talent readiness, and development metrics.
  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Talent Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferable Giza or Fayoum residents.
