Job Purpose:
Supporting and supervising talent management activities including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and training coordination within the site.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions.

Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and etc..

Participate in preparing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.

Ensure talent management practices comply with company policies and labor regulations

Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

coordinate the performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion within the site.

Guide managers and employees on performance management processes.

Track KPIs and performance improvement plans (PIPs)

Coordinate internal and external training programs within the site

Evaluate training effectiveness and employee learning outcomes.

Generate reports related to performance, turnover, talent readiness, and development metrics.

Analyze HR data to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Talent Management.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Preferable Giza or Fayoum residents.
