- Overall responsibility of administering the HR and administrative functions in the Unit.
- Creating a Harmonious climate in the Unit through effective administrative steps
- Responsible for driving the Core HR agendas in the unit with the support of Division HR
- Responsible for overall statutory compliances of the Unit (Statutory Compliances- ESIC/ PF/ PT/
- Factories License) and General Administration of the Unit.
- Responsible for handling any disputes between Workers/Staffs local bodies. Smooth Handling of any
- disputes without any impact to Production Overall Supervision of handling the Labour Welfare measures and execution in the Unit.
- Responsible for Timely execution of Payroll administration through ZETA system without any delays or Errors.
- Execute and Sustain Labour Welfare measures are one of the best practices in the Industry
- Availability of manpower to enabling manufacturing unit to succeed in capacity utilization
