Job Description:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations.

Maintain organized records of employee data, attendance, and leave management.

Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee information.

Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.

Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
-
Process employee claims, allowances, and other benefits as per company policies.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in updating records and documentation.
Qualification:
-
16 years of education with minimum 60% marks in Matric/Intermediate.

0-1 Year of Experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
