Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support Officer to assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment & selection (job postings, screening, interviews coordination)
- Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and documentation
- Assist in onboarding & offboarding processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support services
- Assist in performance management and HR reporting
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, contracts, confirmations, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BBA, or relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations / HR administration
- Knowledge of HRIS, MS Excel, and HR best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
