HR Support Specialist
Location: Washington, DC
Classification: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $46,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience)

Position Summary
The HR Support Specialist is the engine behind our day-to-day HR operations. You will support a small but busy HR team and work with employees and managers across all of our programs. This role reports to the HR Director and plays a key part in keeping our people systems organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

Physical Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office role. The employee is regularly required to sit, use a computer, and communicate by phone and email.
