Job Summary

Eduhub Institute is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate training schedules and HR administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor law is an advantage
• Experience with recruitment portals and HR systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
