HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

This isn't just "filling seats." You will be the architect of our human capital. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing high-level professionals to perfecting the onboarding experience. You will work directly with leadership to identify talent gaps and ensure our culture remains elite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the charge in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical and professional roles.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards to find "passive" talent.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring every candidate has a premium experience.
  • Onboarding & Retention: Develop seamless onboarding processes that integrate new hires into our culture quickly and effectively.
  • Compliance & Admin: Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure all hiring practices meet state and federal regulations.

Here is Who we are looking

  • The Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house).
  • The Mindset: You are a "people person" with a "results" soul. You understand how to read between the lines of a resume.
  • The Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can sell a vision, not just a job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
