Job title: HR – Talent Acquisition

Location of role: Lucknow

Description of Role:

  • This role is part of the HR Ops team and focused on supporting our client’s hiring needs.
  • The TA team member will be responsible for sourcing and hiring of blue collars workforce for the Tata Motors plant at the assigned plant location.
  • The role involves close coordination with internal teams, hiring managers and external institutes to ensure smooth and timely hiring and deliveries.

Domain Skills 

Basic understanding of the blue-collar hiring and workforce requirements.

 Hands-on experience with end to end talent acquisition activities such as-

1. Candidate sourcing

2. Initial screening

3. Interview coordination

4. Stakeholder communication

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in an organized and timely manner
  • Comfortable travelling to ITI institutes or local centers to build candidate data base, pipelines and support hiring drives.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills to track hiring progress.
  • Clear and friendly communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prior exposure to hiring through NAPS / NATS or managing temporary workforce will be the added advantage.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Technical experience required-

(e.g. – MS Excel, MS Word, System Knowledge to basic / intermediate / expert level)

Knowledge of MS Office for daily reporting, coordination and communication.

Familiarity with HR systems / ATS / SAP is preferred.

Any other desirable skills/experience relevant to role

  • Experience in handling multiple hiring requirements in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a calm and practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a customer facing or stakeholder driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing hiring needs.
