Key Responsibilities:

Support
employee engagement
initiatives through surveys and wellness programs to improve employee happiness and satisfaction.

Lead
manpower planning and succession planning
efforts to ensure the right talent is in place for future growth.

Utilize
HR data analysis
to identify trends, develop insights, and implement actionable plans for continuous improvement.

Collaborate on the design and execution of
reward and recognition programs
to foster employee motivation and retention.

Partner with business units to address
recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
needs, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Manage
budgeting
and manpower requirements to support operational efficiency and cost control.

Drive the implementation of
HR policies and processes
to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards.

Provide
strategic HR support
, advising managers and leaders on HR issues and helping to implement key initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

5-7 years of HR experience across various functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; industry certifications is a plus.

Hands-on experience with HR tech systems like SAP or Oracle.

Strong communication skills in English & Arabic

Adept Problem Solving, analytical thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is essential.
