The HR Team Manger at Kindle Hub will lead and oversee all human resources functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and team management. They will coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs, maintain employee records, and implement policies that promote a positive work culture. The role includes managing the HR team, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with organizational values and goals.
