As an HR Team Member, you’ll support Kindle Hub in building and managing a motivated volunteer community. You’ll help with recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of members while ensuring smooth communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new volunteers.
• Maintain records of members and update databases.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing orientations and team-building activities.
• Address volunteer queries and ensure a positive experience.
• Help create forms, surveys, and reports when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with Google Forms/Docs or willingness to learn.
• Prior HR or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
  
  

Commitment Flexible hours with weekly coordination (approx. 3–5 hours/week).
