• Own and optimize multiple HR Tech solutions : Configure, customize, and upgrade workflows to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.
• Lead new module rollouts: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new functionalities, process automations, and digital enhancements.
• Enable data-driven decisions: Build dashboards, generate insights, and provide analytics that shape people strategy and business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity: Maintain accurate, compliant, and high-quality data across all HR systems.
• Streamline HR processes: Digitally enable core HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and audits to minimize manual work.
• Integrate payroll & HRIS: Collaborate with payroll teams for smooth data flows and accurate processing; familiarity with payroll is a plus.
• Solve problems with agility: Troubleshoot issues, partner with vendors/tech teams, and continuously improve system performance.

We hope that you have...

• 2–5 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms (Darwinbox experience
• preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in workflow creation, modification, and system
• optimization.
• Understanding of core HR operations processes; prior exposure to payroll is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
