Own and optimize multiple HR Tech solutions :
Configure, customize, and upgrade workflows to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.

Lead new module rollouts:
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new functionalities, process automations, and digital enhancements.

Enable data-driven decisions:
Build dashboards, generate insights, and provide analytics that shape people strategy and business decisions.

Ensure data integrity:
Maintain accurate, compliant, and high-quality data across all HR systems.

Streamline HR processes:
Digitally enable core HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and audits to minimize manual work.

Integrate payroll & HRIS:
Collaborate with payroll teams for smooth data flows and accurate processing; familiarity with payroll is a plus.

Solve problems with agility:
Troubleshoot issues, partner with vendors/tech teams, and continuously improve system performance.

2–5 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms (Darwinbox experience

preferred).

Strong analytical mindset with experience in workflow creation, modification, and system

optimization.

Understanding of core HR operations processes; prior exposure to payroll is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
