HR Technology Analyst ADP (Multi-Module Experience Required)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Analyst with hands-on expertise across multiple ADP modules to support and optimize our HR systems. This role will serve as the internal ADP subject matter expert, responsible for managing system configuration, payroll support, benefits administration, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements.

This position requires practical, administrative-level experience within ADP, not just end-user familiarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for ADP platforms. Manage and support ADP modules including:
• Payroll
• Core HR
• Benefits Administration
• Time & Attendance
• Reporting & Analytics
• Employee Self-Service
• Configure workflows, system settings, security roles, and business rules.
• Process and support payroll functions within ADP.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with ADP support as needed.
• Lead system updates, enhancements, testing, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and HR regulations.
• Document system processes and maintain standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ADP administration experience across multiple modules.
• Direct experience managing Payroll within ADP.
• Strong understanding of benefits, time tracking, and HRIS workflows.
• Experience configuring ADP settings, security roles, and system integrations.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills within ADP.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
