Job Summary
The HR Technology & Shared Services Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the intake, planning, and delivery of HR technology and services initiatives.
This leader works closely with a range of HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and needs, facilitating connections to HR technology solutions or service offerings.
This individual partners closely with a wide range of stakeholders to simplify processes, implement digital tools, and embed new ways of working throughout the organization.
The role requires strong project management, change leadership, and employee-centered thinking.
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand optimization opportunities, ensuring business challenges, scope, and alignment to strategic priorities are captured.
- Leverage AI and automation solutions to enhance HR delivery (examples include chatbots, Agentic AI tools, intelligent routing, and predictive analytics).
- Support ongoing updates to the integrated HR Technology & Shared Services roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement.
- Identify dependencies, capacity constraints, and risks; recommending sequencing options that optimize delivery and resource utilization.
- Lead planning sessions as needed to translate demand into actionable workplans based on team capacity and availability.
- Provide flexible project management capability to deliver prioritized initiatives, working across teams to remove impediments and ensure quality.
- Prepare dashboards and insights for leadership, governance forums, and HR stakeholders.
- Lead HR change management activities to drive adoption and engagement for new tools and processes.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certification / Licensure
Work Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in HR technology, HR shared services, PMO/portfolio management, or HR project/program delivery.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Deep understanding of HR employee life cycle and associated business processes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify tangible opportunities for improvement, optimization, or automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Experience with AI tools, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with employee journey mapping and design of processes based on persona/population.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
