Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Telecaller. As an HR Telecaller, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts by contacting potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and providing information about job opportunities within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to inform them about job openings.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Provide information about our company culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
  • You may also have to generate leads and cold calling.
  • Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and coordinate with the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar HR/recruitment role.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
