Job Summary:
We are hiring HR Recruiters for bulk hiring operations. The role involves making high volumes of outbound calls to potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, and scheduling interviews. Ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to source and screen candidates
- Explain job roles, company details, and interview processes clearly
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regularly
- Maintain and update candidate records in Excel/ATS or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet daily and weekly hiring targets
- Assist in walk-in drives, campus hiring, and bulk recruitment campaigns
- Ensure smooth onboarding by collecting required documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or tele sales (BPO hiring is a plus)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
- Comfortable with high call volumes and working with targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
