About the Training Program

Trackpi is offering a 3-month unpaid HR Trainee Program designed for individuals eager to gain real-world HR experience. This program focuses on two critical HR functions: recruitment of new candidates and performance evaluation of current employees. As a trainee, you will work closely with the HR team and actively contribute to meaningful processes that shape the development of your workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate tracking.
  • Assist in the evaluation of existing employees through structured performance review systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain performance-related data and documentation.
  • Collaborate with managers and team leads to gather employee feedback.
  • Contribute to the preparation of performance reports and insights.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the HR team.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee records and HR information.
