About the Role

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join our HR team and help us design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training initiatives for our Schbangers. If you’re passionate about helping people grow, curious about how learning works in the workplace, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR, this internship is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and organizing training programs, workshops, and learning sessions
• Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and external partners for smooth execution
• Help create engaging learning content, presentations, and resources
• Track attendance, gather feedback, and measure training effectiveness
• Support in maintaining learning records and updating our L&D database
• Research new trends and tools in corporate learning to keep our programs fresh

What We’re Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
