Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination).
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
- Support HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Help with drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of employee information.
- Support compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
