About the Role

We are hiring ambitious freshers who want to build a long-term career in HR and Talent Acquisition. This apprenticeship program is designed to offer real operational exposure, disciplined training, and a structured path to a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Support candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, and coordination

· Maintain hiring trackers, pipelines, and weekly dashboards for multiple roles

· Assist with documentation — offers/LOIs, onboarding, and verification checks

· Create and update job postings, candidate submissions, and internal reports

· Ensure process compliance, timely follow-ups, and structured documentation

· Provide operational support to the founder and consulting team when required

Who We’re Looking For

· Fresh graduates passionate about building a career in HR

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Good command over Google Sheets, Docs, and MS Office tools

· High ownership mindset, discipline, and a drive to grow

Compensation & Growth

· Stipend (Apprenticeship): ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

· Full-Time Conversion: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month CTC + performance incentives

· Structured increments based on recruitment productivity and performance reviews

Program Details

· Duration: 6 Months Apprenticeship

· Stipend: Competitive (Performance-based increments may apply)

· Full-time Conversion: Strong performance leads to confirmation as HR Associate

· Work Days: Monday to Saturday

· Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

· Location: Noida (NCR-based candidates preferred)

· Reporting To: Founder & Managing Partner
