Job Summary
The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, gain hands-on experience across HR functions, and support HR initiatives related to recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and files
- Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
- Help in drafting HR communications and policy documents
- Participate in training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Perform other administrative tasks and HR-related projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers with interest in HR and talent management are encouraged to apply

- Willingness to learn and adapt to various HR functions
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, HRMS knowledge is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,632.23 - ₹34,208.09 per month
