Job Summary

The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, gain hands-on experience across HR functions, and support HR initiatives related to recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and files
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
  • Help in drafting HR communications and policy documents
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Perform other administrative tasks and HR-related projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Freshers with interest in HR and talent management are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various HR functions
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, HRMS knowledge is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,632.23 - ₹34,208.09 per month
