Role Overview


BWS KSA is offering a Tamheer traineeship opportunity within the Human Resources department for a motivated and detail-oriented Saudi national graduate. The HR Trainee will gain hands-on exposure across core HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and policy administration. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment and build the foundation for a professional HR career.


Main Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.

• Assist in preparing candidate assessment reports and evaluation summaries.

• Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Support onboarding processes including preparation of welcome packs and new hire documentation.

• Assist with maintaining employee records and HR information systems (including JISR).

• Help coordinate internal HR communications such as announcements and policy updates.

Policy & Compliance Support

• Support the review and formatting of HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in tracking compliance with Saudi Labor Law requirements (e.g., Iqama renewals, exit/re-entry permits).




Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Program Eligibility

• Saudi National registered with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Tamheer program.

• Must not have completed a prior Tamheer traineeship or have more than 12 months of prior full-time employment experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
