We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Trainee, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Help with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Support HR documentation processes such as maintaining employee records and files.
• Assist with performance management activities and employee engagement programs.
• Participate in organizing HR events and training sessions.
• Help maintain HR databases and generate periodic reports.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• MBA Fresher.
• Strong interest in HR and people management.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
