HR Trainee - Only Male's

Position Overview:

The HR Trainee will support the HR department in daily operations with a special focus on training & development activities, maintaining records of employee orientation and training, and assisting in other HR functions. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in HR practices within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training and development sessions for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orientation, workshops, and training programs.
  • Support in preparing training materials, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
  • Assist the HR team in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Keep track of training calendars and follow up with participants and trainers.
  • Help in compiling feedback and preparing reports on training effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support in general HR activities such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently enrolled in the final year).
  • Strong interest in Training & Development and HR Operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain records accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Working Days: Monday till Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
