HR Trainee (Pre-Placement Offer Enabled)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Trainee. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talented beauty and wellness professionals, ensuring that our salon teams are staffed with skilled and customer-focused individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment of salon staff (stylists, beauticians, therapists, receptionists, makeup artists, etc.).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and schedule final interviews.
• Support in reference checks and background verification.
• Maintain a candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
• Liaise with training teams to ensure new hires receive orientation and grooming standards.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, joining ratio, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Interest in building a career in HR recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
