HR Trainee | Tamheer Program

HR Trainee under the Tamheer Program , gaining hands-on experience across core human resources functions including HR operations, recruitment support, onboarding, and employee records management. Supporting daily HR activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Actively developing practical knowledge in HR best practices, labor law fundamentals, and people operations through real work exposure and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MIS, or a related field
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and Saudi labor law is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
