We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Trainer to deliver engaging, high-quality training and mentoring to students aspiring to build careers in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing practical, industry-relevant course materials and guiding students through real-world HR scenarios.
This role focuses on equipping learners with essential HR skills, fostering career readiness, and keeping training content aligned with the latest industry trends and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring.
- Design and continuously update course materials, assignments, and projects based on current HR industry standards.
- Facilitate experiential learning using real-world HR scenarios, case studies, and practical applications.
- Monitor student performance through assessments and feedback, and provide personalized support to improve outcomes.
- Guide students in career readiness areas such as internships, resume development, and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Stay up to date with evolving HR trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Trainer or in a similar role involving student training, mentoring, or curriculum development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR ,Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a learner-focused approach.
- Solid understanding of modern HR practices, policies, tools, and industry expectations.
- Passion for teaching and empowering students for professional success.
